As the new Executive Director of Saint Anselm's Cross-Cultural Community Center, I am most grateful for the opportunity to be part of the celebration of the Center's accomplishmnets of the past 30 years and I look forward to embracing the vision of our future. As Eleanor Roosevelt once stated, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." In just a short time I have found the staff at our Center to have dreams and a vision of the future that mirrors an oath of service to our community.
The face of Saint Anselm's, our staff, our mission, vision and values are transforming to assist the current and future needs of Orange County's refugees, immigrants, older adults and low-income families. Through our transition our programs remain dedicated to those we serve and our future is filled with the promise to expand our Center to include a full continuum of services from our community's youngest members to the very oldest.
Our vision can only be realized by our continuing collaborations and support from our community partners. Together we can make the future of Saint Anselm's Cross-Cultural Community Center a place of dedicated service meeting the needs of the underserved and overlooked residents of Orange County.
During this time of celebrating the past, I personally look forward to the growth and development of our future and for the opportunity to lead our Center into the service of those most in need.
Respectfully,

Vicki Connely
