For the Health and Wellness within the community, the Center focuses on providing FOUR service components: Community Health Fair, Child Passengert Safety, Fish Contamination Education, and Christmas food/gift give-away.

  Educational Materials on various diseases such as Diabetes, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis, and much more  
:: CHILD SEAT SAFETY
 
  The Center offers FREE TWO (2) hours per training session on a monthly basis to cover:
    Proper car seat installation
    Proper child installment in car seat
    California Laws related to car seats
    FREE CAR SEAT distribution to Low-Income families and participants after the TWO-HOUR training session.

:: SENIOR ACTIVITIES

For the health and wellness of Senior in our community, the Center opens Dancercise and Tai-Chi sessions. The activities draw lots of Senior to our Center. The senior not only engages in exercises but also socializes and shares their life's experiences.

  Tai-Chi on Monday and Wednesday (8:30am - 9:30am)

:: MARTIAL ARTS YOUTH PROGRAM
With Black Belt Instructors, the Center's Martial Arts program offers basic principles of Karate and Tae Kwon Do, stance training, skills necessary for belt levels, advance class instruction. The Center currently has four (4) classes with an hour training per session on Saturday morning from 8:30am to 12:30am. Hundreds of kids with ages 13 to 18 gather at the Center on every weekend to learn and practise their martial skills.
