The Center has the Transportation Program with ARBOR for years, and recently a new program to outreach to WTW recipient families was given to the Center.

It naturally follows that this program is funded by ARBOR to serve CalWORKs participant families. In other words, the target population of the program service are CalWORKs recipient families. The ethnicity break-down is estimated: Latinos 50%, American nationals 40%, Asian 10%.
