OCTA provides an informative presentation and demonstration at Saint Anselm's Cross-Cultural Community Center on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Hundreds of senior gather at the Center since early morning.

Janet Nguyen, Supervisor - First District, is also present at the event. And she has her speech to the community. She publicly informs of the different services available in Orange County to the Senior such as OCTA Access, Non-emergency Medical Transportation, etc.

Joanne Jacobsen, OCTA marketing/outreach specialist, provides different information on OCTA services. During her presentation, packets of booklet and flyers are given out to the audiences. In addition, ONE-FREE-DAY bus passes are also distributed to the participants of the event. After an hour of information and discussion, the senior joins in a FREE bus tour around Little Saigon.

Thanks to OCTA, the Senior has been informed and known of the benefits that OCTA provides to the community and to the senior population in particular.
